Lenore completed her qualifications at Victoria University in 2014 and has been practising since 2015. Whilst at university, she developed a keen interest in sporting injuries and rehabilitation, working as a trainer for a football club in Lalor and for a soccer club in St Albans.

Lenore has completed training with DMA clinical pilates and takes joy in showing her patients what their bodies are capable of achieving. She believes in empowering her patients to realise the influence and control they can have over their own health status and how they feel. Lenore has keen interest and experience with osteopathic treatment of the organs (visceral technique) with regard to different conditions.

From five years of age, Lenore desired to help others. Initially, she had aspirations of becoming a nurse. As she aged, this morphed into dreams of becoming a Doctor. A fascination with the human body and health was always present. 

​

Towards the end of her adolescence, Osteopathy and its benefits entered Lenore's life through the impact it had on the health of her immediate family members. Lenore's mother survived a horrific car accident when she was ten years old.  The amazing way in which osteopathic treatment provided relief to not only her own, but also her family's ailments, had great influence over her career choice.  

 

An osteopath in Essendon provided great relief to her mother following recovery from a life-threatening car accident, and her youngest brother was aided significantly by an osteopath with paediatric experience. These life events sparked her desire to become an osteopath to help others; she is highly passionate about osteopathy.

Lenore started Hands On Osteopathy in 2018, and wishes to broaden the availability of osteopathy within the community of Wangaratta for all to benefit from.
